Debbie Smullen
Debbie Smullen has lived on the Eastern Shore for more than 40 years and has built her career around customer service, helping others, and supporting the recovery community. She is the President of Worcester Goes Purple Warriors Against Addiction, Inc. and works as a Medical Biller for Homes4Hope and Hope4Recovery. Debbie has helped local nonprofits secure grants, develop peer recovery education programs, and expand Narcan education and distribution efforts.

Patrice “Tish” Ottey
Patrice Ottey is the owner of Homes4Hope Therapeutic Solutions and co-owner of The Inn on Turville Creek, CounterClox, and The Vault at 104. A medically retired law enforcement officer, Patrice saw firsthand the need for recovery housing and treatment, leading her to open her first addictions recovery house in 2017. Her work has grown to include multiple residential treatment facilities, an outpatient facility, and Worcester County’s first addiction residential treatment facility.
