Great location! saw the fireworks on july 4th right from the balcony! I loved listening to my kids playing on the balcony mixed in with the hubbub from the boardwalk. no big complaints. hot water, cold ac, bathroom, kitchen all worked. kitchen and bathroom have old fixtures. only funny thing is that the stores below (the clothing shops that blast music) don’t close until 1 am. I slept through because I was exhausted. but the listing said no loud noises. Just funny. overall, great stay because amazing location, everything was clean, host was communicative, parking spot for 1 small car. I would absolutely recommend as long as you are ok with the music.
